An adverb that answers so many questions. Why is “always” never enough? No matter if the person is always on time, always in love, always happy, always right or always upset. Do we tend to sell ourselves short from always or do we expect so much from someone that the fear of always never comes?

The anticipation of hoping for an ever after is exciting yet questionable. Questionable from a stand point of the unknowing. The unknown should be thrilling and fulfilling, yet we always find ways to over analyze why something isn’t the way we think it should be. The infinite possibility of always is the fear of opening our hearts. Always and forever will come for it takes time to know what’s right….pretty simple?

Our hearts are our strongest possession that goes through much more than we can handle. What our minds tell us are usually always opposite of what are heart throbs for. Someday, our hearts and our minds will always be on the same page. You will know when the time comes and you will feel when your questions are always answered.

Always. A fear, a joy and a state of question that we will forever hope for our ever after.

Create and live to maximize the potential you’re capable of. Not for others, but for yourself. This world was created for us to learn, live and grow in love so that Heaven’s doors will welcome us. Our ability to wonder, question and pray are parts of life that mold us.

Create and live to be happy that life is here and now. Don’t look back, don’t look forward for it’s already planned and ready for us. We will get there. Our futures make us tip-toe around our lives right now. Take this moment to pray and know that the creation of your life is outlined. It’s up to us to color in the lines and make the Creator proud and happy. We live for him, for He died for us.

Live in the moment and create it the way you want. Our life is our creation, all we have to do is fulfill it and love it.

Dance is a movement of forgiveness, passion and feeling. A strength of warmth pouring your heart on a stage and hoping the audience experiences the same thing. The art of dance is always honest and always pure. Never hurtful, never disgraceful. Dancing is a way of life. To express yourself through movement is invigorating and complete.

To do what you love should never be ignored.

To dance. To breathe. To live. To love and to bless all.

There comes a time in our life when love passes us by. We get overwhelmed when a door closes that we lose our faith thinking another won’t open. We lose the hope in whatever we lost won’t be found, and we mainly lose ourselves because of what we once had. We tend to forget the possibility that love will come again. Love is all around. We don’t need to search for it, we just need to feel it. It’s everywhere. Don’t miss an opportunity because you don’t believe it’s right. It takes time to know when something is right. Love comes in all shapes and sizes…it’s a beautiful thing.

It can also be a tricky part of life. Since when did loving someone become so hard and painful. It will surprise you and it will hurt you. It will make you grow and it will make you learn. Life without love is not an option. It’s there and ready to be enjoyed.

For all you worry worshipers out there, stop. Worrying is a sign that we’ve lost our faith. It’s not worth the stress or pain…everything is already planned out. Your next step, your next breath, but it’s up to you to keep the faith and lose the stress.

Faith, Hope & Love…three simple words we couldn’t and shouldn’t live without.

I can speak from experience that being healthy and finding happiness comes in the most unusual cases. The type of health that I want to explain goes far beyond what you eat, how you eat and what you think of yourself.

It all started two years ago when I received a flier in the mail. A flier directing me towards a gym called Fitness Influence. I’ve lived in Ellsworth, Wisconsin my whole life, but not once have I heard of this so-called gym.

So, over Christmas break, when I was home from college at Minnesota State University, Mankato, my brother, Christian, and I decided to find this place. In a town of 3,000 people and one stoplight how would you not be able to find it. Well, it turns out we had no idea where we were going. We called the owner, Heather Flock, and minutes later we arrived.

There weren’t any classes going on at the time so Christian and I did our own workout. I was thoroughly impressed at how someone with this much drive and passion for fitness could start her own gym at her own home.

The day I met Heather changed everything. Yes, I knew how to work out and eat clean to an extent; from being a dancer my whole life and recently dating a body builder, but Heather’s enthusiasm made me realize that I wanted this to be my new focus in life, this type of health and happiness.

Dancing and writing always seemed to be my niche in life, but after religiously taking class and being around Heather I found a whole new level of happiness.

Fitness Influence is a family. The members grow together and encourage one another to make the studio their second home. Not only is Heather’s family her entire life, but the Fitness Influence family are people that made her business what it is.

Heather Flock is a woman of strength, passion, commitment, and love and has an addicting energy that spreads to everyone she meets. I’ve never met someone so welcoming and loving. She loves what she does and to find happiness through working out, eating healthy and being around her is a blessing.

Health and happiness is a small extent to what you receive from this amazing person. Her ability to reach to the center of your heart from working out is a gesture I thought I could never find in someone. She’s a gift to this town and taking one class from her will get you captivated.

Online journalism has grown incredibly since I started college, and MC 330 took it to that next step in keeping up with how things are changing. I learned how to use Twitter more effectively, I realized I’m a decent iMovie editor and slide show producer, and I’m slowly crossing the beginners level on blogging. Everything we learned in this course was completely new to me, and I’m looking forward to expanding and advancing onto the next level with these different elements.

The most difficult task was splitting our audio from our video for the slide show project. The video was a lot easier to make because everything flowed together, especially when you add transitions. The slide show took more time because we were very meticulous on how we wanted our audio to sound with every picture. Patience is everything when it comes to working with a partner, and I’ve appreciated the fact to work with someone new on a difficult project.

On the first day of class, I new how to use Twitter, but only to the extent of updating my Tweets, and that’s about all I new when I came into multimedia writing. Writing for the Internet is exciting and can also be frustrating. I’m enthused that in such a short amount of time I learned how to blog, tweet, create gmail account, use Google Reader, iMovie ’08 and ’09, a flip recorder, a zoom and to know what an RSS feed is. The book helps tremendously on legal and ethical issues and fully understanding the main reason why online journalism is so critical. All of these different skills will help me in my PR career because I can take what I know about each of them and interpret it into a great press release or even when planning events. These elements of MC 330 are pieces of work that I can look at from many different angles and create anything that I need to.

Finally, with all of this unique and memorable information, I’m excited to share this with anyone who is interested. It’s important for anyone to know how effective writing on the web is. It can further your career and make you think and write out of your comfort zone. It’s exhilarating and has definitely made me feel more professional. We don’t stop learning at a certain age. Learning is the importance in growing and understanding life. Mistakes are made along the way, but if there weren’t any then how would we learn to our fullest? Multimedia writing has shaped me into someone who wants to keep learning and use all of this information to make the best out of my future.

Classic cars are a hobby and enjoyed by people of all ages.

Numerous people build their own car to fit their personality. People spend months and even years working on them. Often times it turns into a family project and even a tradition.

Buster’s car show participant said, “I had my son drive my car back with me from North Dakota after I bought it, and I painted it myself. Car shows get me out of the house since my wife passed away 2 months ago.”

When the summer roles around, car shows are a great opportunity to enjoy the weather and show of months of hard work.

A great way to find a car enthusiast is at Buster’s Bar and Grill in Mankato, Minnesota. Every Thursday evening from May 6-Sept. 30 Busters puts on a unique and classic car show.

Jeff Kuchenbecker, Buster’s manager, said, “You name it, it’s out here.”

I had no idea there would be 5 main categories in legal issues that involve linking. This is the reason why the Internet is so popular because we can share information very easily to the public. Linking involves a small amount of work from the readers, but there are a few rules to consider. This part of the chapter surprised me because when I tweet, posting links seems so effortless and harmless.

Some of these issue I know will affect my career because once I’m out in the real world it’ll be completely different. I’ll be learning as I go and understanding all the legal and ethical issues to online journalism will be the next step in furthering my career. I know I’ll make mistakes, but that’s the important part because we only can get better by learning from them. This chapter of the book wasn’t completely new to me, but it’ll take a while to remember and interpret every bit of information.

Buster’s Unique and Classic Car Show is back in season.

MANKATO, MINN.— Buster’s Bar and Grill hosts an annual summer car show every Thursday evening from May 6 until Sep. 30. People travel from all over to show off their vintage, unique and collector cars.

Buster’s owner, Matt Little, said, “The main reason why we do this is because it brings people together. You see people swapping and buying each others cars.”

Busters took over unique and classic car show night when Ruttles Restaurant, the previous car show host, closed. Busters wanted to keep classic cars in Mankato.

Buster’s car show currently has 17 sponsors, 4 of which are radio sponsors. The 4 radio sponsors handle announcements and prize giveaways every week.

Snell Motors sign up car show participants and Unique Specialty and Classic Cars display a new model car in the corner of the parking lot each week.

Buster’s manager, Jeff Kuchenbecker, said, “Buster’s Car Show is an absolute blast. We get 150 up to 300 cars every week.”

My partner and I decided to go Buster’s Car Show and film old-fashioned cars. The event was a great success and they have it every Thursday night for the rest of the summer. Unique cars and people from all over the place travel to Mankato, Minnesota for this car show.

It was nice to have someone with me because I can really learn from other people. We would take turns filming and taking pictures because we both wanted a feel on how to capture the event. There was just as many different types of people as there were cars, so we wanted to make sure we got every bit of information about the event that we could. We were there for a few hours because people came in sporadically. We felt very successful once we were finished. If I would have done this project alone I wouldn’t have been able to fulfill all the expectations because I learn from other people and how they do things. Learning from one another is beneficial, and I was pleased with the outcome of our pictures and videos. Now, it’s time to edit and make this event into an interesting, newsworthy story that everyone can learn about.
